2018 Syrah

The only vintage of Star Crest receiving new oak (25%), the 2018 offers aromas of red plum, cherry liqueur, and dried flowers. The transparent palate bears little evidence of the oak while showing Tuscan-like medicinal black cherries. As the blend this year slightly deemphasized the Syrah, this bottling is a degree lighter than its siblings.
